Two hours playing soccer in the African sun will wear you out, especially when you’re not used to running at 6,000 feet above sea level.

We had a great day interacting with the boys and girls of the Rift Valley rescue centers, along with their families. But the day was active and we got back to Kijabe late, so we’re only posting a mini-entry tonight. Right now a couple students are helping wash up the supper dishes and the rest are hitting the showers. We’ll all be asleep early tonight.

Tomorrow we’ll be attending church with Rift Valley Hope and meeting a Kikuyu elder in the afternoon to learn about Kikuyu culture. More news later.
